Question 1: I purchased one of your templates a couple of years ago. My site has grown to be very large and I recently realized that when ever I work on the site I work live. I need to save the site off of the current server. In the event of server malfunction I would not be able to duplicate my current site. How and where should I save it. Thanks Question 2: How do I edit text in the .swf file that I have? Question 3: I have FP 2003 and Swish. If I purchase an Intro Page that I can modify with swish and a FP template. I know the FP Page program looks for the "index file" as the "home page". My question is how would I have a Swish Intro Template "boot up" before the FP index page? Is this possible? Question 4: I have recently bought and downloaded the template "twc-business-path". It is great and I really like it but I have a problem. I need to add some spanish special caracters into the text that should be shown when the mouse goes over the images. For that, I modify the file "data.txt" but special spanish letters (ñ,á,é, etc..) are not shown. Could you please let me know what should I do? Thanks in advance, Luis Question 5: Is it easy to change from a Fixed Width Table, 760 pixels, Centered to a Variable Width Table? AM Question 6: Hi, the template mentioned above is unfortunately a Dreamweaver-Template. Is it possible to get it as an Frontpage-Template as well ??? Regards Mark Berlin - Germany Question 7: twc-table644: Music Note I purchased the template listed above. Some browsers do NOT show the flash movie (flash/shockwave) are definately installed. These are high-end computers having the issue? What could the problem be? www.avproducers.com Thanks tom@absolutevideo.com Question 8: Sorry to be a bit slow but what is the difference between a TWC-HTML file and TWC-TABLE file ?? Does one have advantages over the other etc etc ? I am using Frontpage 2003. Thank you. Question 9: The local chamber of commerce has hit me up with the idea of accepting credit cards on their web site. Other than doing a little reading about PayPal implementation, I know zilch about it. I have to tell them something and I honestly don't know where to start. They have members who want to pay their dues via the web site and they want to offer "Merchant Coupons" in incremental amounts in order that the purchaser can redeem merchandise at local stores. Do you have any advice? Question 10: I have FrontPage 2003. When I install this template, it does not show up in my list of templates. The log file shows "Cannot determine current version - assuming FP2000". I've tried to reinstall a few times with the same result. Question 11: I really like this template: twc-table231 but I need more navigation buttons on the left hand side than there are showing. Is this easily done. Question 12: Is Microsoft Sharepoint Server required to host Frontpage DWT's ? Question 13: I receive the following error when trying to build a new web in FrontPage 2002 using a template: "The server extensions were unable to access the file "Service.lck". Please check the file permissions." Question 14: I received the following error when building a web from a template in FrontPage 2000: "An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors- if authoring a web server, please contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters- please see the server's system log for more details." Question 15: How is this KB programed? Is it offered as a add-in? Question 16: Are there any database templates available at your website?
